RST's Pathfinder motorcycle jean is their first fully-laminated touring jean, providing superior waterproofing, comfort and versatility to compliment the protective qualities of the garment and making it ideal to take off-roading!
Specially constructed from LX3 fabric, this jean features a three-layer SinAqua Pro waterproof and breathable membrane which is bonded to the outer fabric, ensuring water is repelled from the jean and preventing the garment from being soaked, even in the heaviest of downpours! The SinAqua Pro membrane boasts a waterproof rating of over 10,000mm/ cm² (Hydrostatic Head) for superior levels of water repellence, breathability and high performance. This means the fabric could hold a 1cm² column of water that is 15 metres tall before water leaks through! Additionally, the jean has a breathability rating 10,000g/m² /24h. This means 10,000 grams of moisture vapour can pass through a square metre of the fabric over a 24-hour period without it impacting comfort levels – making it the perfect partner for wet weather riding. The double and triple stitching on the jean is finished with taped seams which helps to further repels water.
Protection was just as prioritised as comfort during the development of the Pathfinder jean - they feature knee armour along with an overlay of Ballistic textile for extra abrasion resistance over key impact areas.
A fixed mesh lining, removable quilted thermal lining and multiple intake and exhaust vents allow for your riding-comfort in a variety of weather conditions, keeping you warm or well-ventilated as required. The Pathfinder also boasts a wide range of adjustable features to achieve a perfect fit as well as a 360° connection zipper for joining the jean to the Pathfinder motorcycle jacket, among other RST upper garments. And if all that wasn't enough, reflective details increase visibility when riding especially in poor weather conditions.
