The XT-8 Gore-Tex adventure and touring Boots, provide a new silhouette and style approach following the RT-8 and RT-7 boots, yet offer extended protection for off-road adventure riders. The XT-8 Gore-Tex is a superiorly comfortable adventure boot both on and off the bike. Measuring in at 30 cm tall, the XT-8 is taller than the RT-8 at 27 cm, but shorter than the Tech 7 Enduro measuring 40 cm tall, providing a perfect middle ground for adventure riders. The XT-8 is constructed from a blend of advanced breathable microfiber and leather, plus rubber, TPU, and PU film reinforcement. The main chassis also features internal malleolus and shin impact protection, a reinforced toe and heel area, plus a lateral TPU ankle link for support and impact protection but still allowing for natural flexion. The sole employs the same technology as that used in the CR-X Shoe for excellent walking comfort paired with the critical protection that the internal TPF transversal protection frame provides. However, being more off-road focused, the XT-8 Gore-Tex boot provides a more aggressive and dedicated lug pattern, and as its name would suggest, a 100% waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex bonded membrane.
