HOW TO MEASURE
TROUSERS
INSEAM
While standing barefoot and with feet slightly apart, measure from the crotch, then along the leg to the floor.
WAIST
Hold a tape measure level and measure the circumference at the waist's natural bend.
JERSEY
CHEST
Hold a tape measure level and measure around the fullest part of the chest, then under the arms and around the shoulder blades.
SLEEVES
With the elbow slightly bent, measure from the nape of the neck, over the point of the shoulder, then around the elbow and down to the wrist.
GLOVES
Measure the total circumference of the dominant hand from across the palm to just behind the knuckles. Do not include the thumb! If the hand falls between sizes, select the size you feel would be most comfortable. If you prefer a loose-fitting glove, order the larger size. If you prefer a glove that fits more snugly, order the smaller size.

HELMETS
HOW TO MEASURE
In order to provide maximum protection, your helmet must fit comfortably, yet snugly. An ill-fitting helmet can easily come off in the event of an accident, even if the chin strap seems to be securely fastened.
Hold a tape measure level and measure the widest point of the head, approximately 2.5 centimetres above the eyebrows.
Tip: If you can smile confortably in your helmet, that means it is too large; however, if you are biting your cheeks, the helmet is too small.

HOW TO MEASURE
Elbow Guards
Bend your elbow at approximately 45 degrees and measure directly over the joint. When ordering a pair of elbow guards, take measurements of both elbows, then average the results.
Body Armour
Hold a tape measure level and measure around the fullest part of the chest, then under the arms and around the shoulder blades.
Neck Brace
Hold a tape measure level and measure around the fullest part of the chest, then under the arms and around the shoulder blades.
Measure the distance between the shoulder blades and chest.
Knee Braces
Use a sizing tool and measure across the centre of the knee. Take these measurements in a weight-bearing stance with legs fully extended.
