• Can I return my order?
As stipulated in the law, you have the right to change/ return your order within 14 days after receiving it. However at XLmoto we offer you a 60 day return and exchange period.
To see that your return is accepted, it is necessary to return products that are both unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the product cannot be sold again, and your return will be refused.
Be advised that personalised custom items such as printed jerseys and number plate decals can't be returned. Also gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Please fill in the returns form accompanying your order, and place this in your return parcel. If this is not done properly, delays may occur in the processing of your return.

1 - Select your desired language.
2 - Fill in the required information (customer data and address).
3 – For Reference 1, you may use your 7-digit order number (optional).
All size exchanges are conducted with the same returns label (see previous steps) and form provided in your parcel.
After returning your parcel, please anticipate a 1 to 2 week delivery time. You will be informed of the parcel’s arrival at our warehouse via automated e-mail message.
We aim to fulfill your requests as quickly as possible. A refund will be issued circa 48 hours after receiving the e-mail confirming your return’s arrival.
Remember to clearly denote your bank details on the returns form. Please be aware that a €9,95 administration fee is charged on all returns of unused and unwanted products.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY RETURN?
Step 1 - Go to our “Returns” section and click on the link. Fill out all required information fields.
Step 2 - Download the return label as a PDF, and then print it. Cut the bottom section off.
Step 3 - Place the unwanted item (in its original packaging) and the returns form in a box. Attach returns label to the return parcel.
Step 4 - Drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL location. The label is pre-paid, so there will be nothing to resolve. Remember to keep a copy of your receipt, as this serves as proof of postage.
Step 5 - As a Return: Your money is promptly refunded to your bank account or via PayPal!
As an Exchange: Your replacement product will be sent within the normal shipping period of 3 to 7 working days.
