  • Can be used as payment for all products in our inventory, even those that are discounted or on special offer. Satisfaction Guarantee, Lowest Price Guarantee and free size exchanges are also valid for products paid for with a gift card.
  • If the total value of your gift card is not used in its entirety, the remaining balance will be saved for your next purchase. Should any questions about your gift card arise, please contact our Customer Service Department.
  • Gift cards cannot exceed a maximum amount of €2000.
  • Gift cards valid for 12 months after purchase.
  • In the event that your gift card is lost or stolen, a replacement will be issued, provided we can track down and block the missing gift card. To trace your gift card, we require a receipt, order number, and name. After the old gift card has been blocked, you will be sent a replacement.
  • Only one gift card can be used per order.
